高职英语教师专业发展探析

An Analysis on Teacher Professional Development in High Vocational College

高职院校的改革与发展取得了巨大成绩,在社会经济发展中发挥了重要作用。但高职院校英语教师专业化程度还比较低,教师个体专业发展的自主意识还不强。高职英语教师如何寻求教师专业发展是关键。教师应具有专业发展的自主意识,积极参与有效的团队协作,学院应成立教师发展中心,组织符合教师需求的个性化、人性化校本培训,并实施激励机制,鼓励教师专业发展,自我提升。

With the consistent reform and development of high vocational college, great achievements have been made in society.But in high vocational college, the English teacher professional development is uneven,and the teachers lack of awareness and autonomy of self-development. It is crucial for English teachers to develop teacher profession. Awareness and autonomy of selfdevelopment, team cooperation, policy, organization and system support for English teachers in high vocational colleges are suggested. All these measures and encouragements have important influence on the English development.
