基于霍尔高低语境理论浅析汉语欧化现象

A Brief Analysis of Chinese Europeanization Based on Hall's High and Low Context Theory

自西方文化传入,经洋务变法开蒙,至五·四民主革命。破封建,废帝制,兴民主,中国近现代历史就是一条效法西学的长河。而在这一漫长的过程中,欧化问题一直纷争不断。该文首次利用霍尔高低语境理论对汉语欧化现象分四步进行逻辑论证:1、语言可以被影响;2、语言可以被其他语言影响;3、欧洲语言已对汉语产生了深远影响;4、无法避免欧洲语言对汉语的影响。最终得出汉语欧化现象的出现并非偶然这一结论。

Since the introduction of western culture, and the beginning of the westernization reform, to the Five-Four Democratic Revolution, the feudal and monarchy has been abolished, then democracy has been sprung up. Chinese modern history is a history of western imitate.In this long process, Europeanization has been disputed constantly.Based on Hall's high and low context theory, this thesis argues Chinese Europeanization phenomenon logically into four steps for the first time. First, language can be influenced. Second, language can be affected by other languages. Third, European language has a profound influence on Chinese. Fourth, there is no way to avoid the influence of European language to Chinese. Finally,the thesis comes to the conclusion that Chinese Europeanization isinevitable.
