Since English is a foreign language in China, transfers by Chinese learners of English appear at several linguistic levels,phonetic, lexical, semantic and syntactic. As a process which includes the exchange of bilingual information, translation is massively affected by the negative transfer of the first language.Thus That is why it is believed that Chinglish does exist.
