摘要
This paper will focus on a case study on Rapid Profile: the theories underpinning the case study; the conduction; result and discussion. The Rapid Profile tests a person's acquisition stage by morphology, syntax and lexis. The tasks in RP test are specially designed to trigger pre-defined indicators of second language development, who have their own characteristics. The aim is to examine whether it is possible to find some tricks for test takers to achieve a higher stage of acquisition than their real language development. The limitation and implication drawn from the study will also be investigated.
