The Sun Also Rises,A Farewell to Arms and For Whom the Bell Tolls are war novels by famous American writer Ernest Hemingway.This article,through the analysis of the aging heroes Count Mippipopolous,Count Greffi and Anselm in the three novels,highlights their personality and thoughts,shows their values and interprets their understanding of life and the social phenomena reflected by the stories.
