MgTiO_3:Fe^(3+)(Mn^(2+))的EPR参量D与局域结构的研究

摘要 用晶体场理论研究了MgTiO3:Fe3+(Mn2+)的EPR参量D和掺杂晶体局域结构间的内在联系,计算值与实验值符合好.结果表明,掺杂后,MgTiO3:Fe3+和MgTiO3:Mn2+局域结构的畸变均趋向Oh对称,且MgTiO3:Fe3+的畸变程度大于MgTiO3:Mn2+. Based on the crystal-field theory, the intimate relationship between the EPR parameters D and the local structures of the MgTiO3 = Fe3+ (Mn2+) crystals have been studied. The good agreement between the calculated and the observed values of D shows that the distortions of the local structures for the MgTiO3 = Fe3+ (Mn2+) crystals tend towards the cubic symmetry (Oh) and the distortion of the local structure for the MgTiO3 : Fe3+ crystal is larger than that in the MgTiO3 : Mn2+ crystal.
