摘要 提出和研究了一种基于Java方案和Web技术的、能集成应用服务的零件制造电子服务平台,在该平台中集成了一系列应用服务(基于特征的制造任务报价、制造能力评价、制造任务分配、制造协同环境等),并注册有大量的制造单元与场所,以求把分布在异地的制造资源集中起来.针对客户的制造任务,通过平台提供的应用服务,按不同层次确定出最优的制造商,并将该任务置于制造商管辖的制造场所的任务加工队列中,进而实现了客户任务订单的网络化制造模式.最后,以加工一个台阶轴任务为例,验证了原型系统. Based on Java solution and Web technology, a novel e-service platform referring to the application service provider(ASP) mode for part manufacturing is developed. A series of manufacturing services, including resources registration, task quoting, capability evaluation, task allocation, manufacturing collaboration and manufacturing visualization, are integrated into the platform. In terms of using a hierarchical evaluation method, a dynamic manufacturing site configuration can be formed according to part manufacturing tasks submitted by customers. And the tasks can be queued, done and visualized under the guidance of the correspondent e-service mechanisms. As a verification of the system implementation, an order-driven example for the step-shaft fabrication is given to show the whole running route of the test.
