摘要 介绍了节制杆式台车试验系统的基本原理.从对节制杆式台车试验系统建立的动力学方程的稳定性入手,运用动力自治系统的稳定性性质,分析了影响控制方程稳定性的因素,如初速和节制杆式台车试验系统的结构参数.给出了重复性的基本定义和计算公式.计算了不同初速下台车的加速度曲线并进行了对比,结果表明两曲线相似且差别很小,具有良好的稳定性.通过台车碰撞模拟试验,得到了模拟加速度曲线,与实车碰撞加速度曲线接近,说明台车碰撞模拟试验真实,能稳定地再现汽车碰撞的动力学过程.理论和试验结果表明,在许可范围内该系统具有良好的稳定性和重复性. The principle of staff controlling sled test system is introduced. The stability of dynamic model of the system is studied, and the factors that affect the controlling equation stability, such as the initial velocity and the structure parameters, are analyzed in terms of the property of autonomous dynamic system stability. The repetition is defined and the corrsponding formula is deduced. The accfelerations of sled under different initial velocities are calculated and compared. the curves are simular and slightly differ from each other, so the system has favorable stability. The sled crash simulation test is conducted. The acceleration curve is acquired through the test, which approaches to the real car crash acceleration curve, so the system can factually and stably reproduce the dynamic process of real car crash. Both analytical and experimental results indicate that the system has favirable stability and repetition within the permission scope.
