安哥拉山羊与建昌黑山羊杂交效应分析 被引量:5

摘要 以安哥拉山羊为父本级进杂交改良建昌黑山羊 ,观察杂种羊体形外貌 ,测定体尺、体重、产毛量、被毛品质及繁殖力 .结果表明 ,F1、F2 体尺、体重具有明显的杂种优势 ,F1育成羊体重、体高、体直长、胸围以及F2 成年羊体重、体直长、胸围极显著高于建昌黑山羊 (P <0 .0 1 ) .F2以上的杂种羊体形外貌趋向安哥拉山羊 ,白色个体F1占 90 .0 % ,F2 占 93 5 % ,F3 占 1 0 0 0 % .F3 较F2 同质个体增加 1 2 76 % ( p <0 .0 5 ) ,被毛密度增大 ,腹毛着生好 .杂种羊被毛中无髓毛的细度随代数增加而变粗 ,有髓毛则变细 .成年母羊无髓毛和两型毛的重量比 ,F2 占 82 88% ,F3 占 94 9% .杂种羊无髓毛强度和伸长随代数增加而增加 .成年母羊剪毛量F1为 0 5 3kg ,F2为 0 96kg ,F3 为 1 .0 4kg .净毛率F2 为 76 7% ,F3 为 76 0 % .繁殖成活率建昌黑山羊仅为6 3 8% ,而F1、F2 和F3 分别比建昌黑山羊高 1 2 6 % (p <0 .0 5 )、1 0 6 %和 7.2 % . Angora male goats are used to grade up Jianchang black goat.The outward appearance and body size,body weight,wool yield,coat hair quality of filial generation are observed and tested.The result shows,F 1 and F 2 have great heterosis in body size and body weight.F 1 young goats′ body weight,body height,body straight length,chest measurement and F 2 adult goats′ body weight,body straight length,chest measurement are higher than those of Jianchang black goats,with great significant difference (p<0.01).Filial generation above F 2 are similiar to Angora goat.The rate of white individuals for F 1,F 2 and F 3 is 90.0%,93.5% and 100.0%.The percentage of F 3 equal quality individnals is 12.76% higher than that of F 2(p<0.05).And the coat hair density of F 3 is greater than that of F 2.The belley wool of F 3 is better than F 2.The diameter of nonmedular fibre of the crossbred increased as the generation is going,and medular fibre reduces.The weight percentage of nonmeducar and 2 type fibre for F 2,F 3 is 82.88%,94.9%.The wool yield of adult female for F 1,F 2,F 3 is 0.53kg,0.96kg,1.04kg.The net wool rate of adult female for F 2,F 3 is 76.7%,76.0%.The productive survive rate of Jianchang black goat is 63.8%,and that of F 1,F 2,F 3 is respectively 12.6% (p<0.05),10.6%,7.2% higher than Jianchang black goat.
