摘要
以 Al Cl3· 6H2 O和 NH3· H2 O为原料 ,采用液相法制备 Al2 O3纳米粉体 ,利用 XRD,TEM等分析测试手段对所得 Al2 O3粉体的晶相组成、粒径分布等性质进行研究 .讨论了晶粒尺寸与原料浓度、p H值、干燥方法等因素之间的关系 .结果表明 ,当原料浓度为 0 .7mol· L-1,p H=8时 ,经微波处理 10 min后 ,于在 65 0℃加热 2 h,可得平均粒径小于 30 nm、颗粒分布均匀且团聚度低的Al2 O3纳米粉体 .
The nano-powder of aluminium oxide Al 2O 3 are prepared by taking Al 2O 3·6H 2O and NH 3·6H 2O as raw material and adopting liquid phase method. Crystal phase composition, grain size distribution and other properties of Al 2O 3 powder are analysed and tested by such means as XRD, TEM, etc. A discussion is made on the relation between crystallite dimension as one side and such factors as concentration of raw material, pH value, method of drying as the other side. As indicated by the results, Al 2O 3 nano powder with an average grain size less than 30 nm and an evenly grain distribution and a low conglobulation can be obtained under such conditions as raw material concentration of 0.7 mol·L -1 ,pH=8, microwave treatment for 10 mins, heating at 650 ℃ for 2 hrs.
