摘要
通过分析目前龙门起重机操作培训系统的不足 ,讨论了建立计算机仿真系统的必要性 ,首先通过构造物体曲面来得到几何模型矩阵 ,然后引入物理特性 ,对物体运动轨迹进行分析 ,求出平动和转动矩阵 ,接着利用几何矩阵和运动矩阵的联合求解进行物体运动仿真 ,从而用几何建模和物理建模互相结合的方法完成了系统的建模方案 。
By analyzing the deficiency of operation training system of gantry crane, this article presented the necessity of constructing a computer simulation system. The geometry model was made by constructing object surface. The physical characters were introduced, object move trace was analyzed, and matrix of horizontal movement and turning movement were calculated. Geometry matrix and movement matrix were united to stimulate object movement. The modeling scheme of this simulation system was completed by mutual combination of physical model and geometry model. The whole system framework, the software and methods for realizing the modeling scheme were introduced with the description of its prospect.
