摘要
分析了轧辊与轧件接触面的复杂摩擦特性 ,提出了一种新的轧件振动模型 ,研究了粘滑共存摩擦转变为全滑动摩擦时 ,由于轧件失稳所导致的轧机颤振现象 ,并采用相平面法分析了振动系统的极限环稳定性 ;同时 ,应用定量的分析方法对轧件振动模型进行了一定的理论探讨 ;在理论研究的基础上 ,提出了抑制颤振的方法 。
A rolled piece vibration model was developed on the basis of the complex frictional characteristic in the roll bite. The stability analysis of the model was given by the phase plane method, and a limit circle describing the path of the sticking sliding motion was founded. The quantitative analysis of the model was proposed based on the first order approximation. Several approaches supported by some experimental results were suggested.
