摘要
从不同来源的脂肪酶中筛选出能催化非天然底物———乙酸三甲基硅甲酯的氨解反应且具有较高活性的脂肪酶 ,并首次探讨了氨源、有机介质。
High active enzyme was selected from several lipases which can catalysed the ammonolysis of unnatural sbstance trimethylsilylmethyl acetate. For the first time the effects of ammonium sources, organic solvent, initial water activity and temperature on the ammonolysis were systematically explored in this paper.
