摘要
根据带电流检测非互补控制的斩波控制交流调压器的工作特点,在分析调压器斩波开关器件开关过程与器件缓冲电路归一化参数之间关系的基础上,建立了带多个约束条件且使开关损耗最小的参数优化数学模型,并采用序贯加权因子法求解,得到了使缓冲器损耗最小,又满足开关工作要求的缓冲电路归一化优化参数.PSPICE仿真结果证明,斩波控制交流调压器采用文中所用的耗能式复合缓冲电路和参数优化方法,不仅可以有效地降低斩波开关的开关损耗,而且可以把开关过程中的电压、电流冲击限制在期望的范围内.
According to the operation characteristics of chopcontrolled AC voltage regulator which adopts the noncomplementary control mode with current detecting, based on the analysis of the relations between the switching process of the chopping devices and its normalized snubber parameters, an optimized parameter mathematical model was given with several restrict conditions and minimized switching loss.By means of sequential weightincreasing factor techniques (SWIFT),the optimized snubber parameters are obtained which satisfied both the minimized snubber loss and operation conditions of the devices.The proposed method is also verified with PSPICE simulation results. The results show that the switching loss of chop switch was reduced availably, and the maximum voltage and current on the switches were also restricted to the expected range.
