摘要
针对基因工程蛋白在E.coli中表达多为无活性包涵体的特点,介绍了包涵体洗涤和去折叠的方法、蛋白质体外折叠的过程和机理、体外复性技术以及复性蛋白的检测,着重讨论了最近发展起来的蛋白质复性新技术.
The genes, of interest are often expressed as inactive inclusion bodies in Escherichia coli, so the methods for resuspending and unfolding inclusion bodies, the pathway and technique of protein refolding in vitro and the determination of renatured protein was overviewed. Especially, the new technique of protein refolding recently developed was emphasized.
