摘要 通过在纳米尺度上控制物质,材料、器件和系统呈现出新颖的物理、化学和生物特性及现象.纳米技术的目标是开发和利用这些特性和现象.介绍了纳米技术的概念,典型的纳米技术,纳米技术中需要研究的基础科学问题,纳米技术的研究手段,纳米技术的应用,以及纳米技术的前景. By the control of matter on the nanometer-length scale, materials, devices, and systems exhibit novel physical, chemical, and biological properties and phenomena. The aim of nanotechnology is to exploit and employ these properties and phenomena. The concept, typical examples, fundamental scientific issues, investigative tools, applications and prospect of nanotechnology are introduced.
