摘要 对管道漏磁在线检测仪的总体设计和各部分的工作过程进行了简要介绍.对硬件设计进行分析.采用工程数据库技术对检测数据管理,采用滤波和数字平滑方法消除干扰影响的方法,选取了缺陷漏磁场特征量,并提出了缺陷外形参数的评价方法;利用非线性函数插值方法对漏磁信号补偿和凹坑缺陷轮廓的局部逼近,使缺陷检测达到定量化,整套方案实验验证有效、可行. The system design, and working procession of pipeline flux leakage (MFL) detection equipment are briefly stated in this paper.The hardware design is analyzed.The large inspection data are collected by database.This paper presents the methods of eliminating the interferential factors by filter and digital smooth.The features of MFL are selected and the estimation method of defect parameters are presented.The interpolation of non linear function is used to compensate MFL signals and describes the pipe pitting defect.Defection inspection is accurate and effective in laboratory.
