摘要
由 EVA、正构烷烃和表面活性剂复配了一种复合型降凝降粘剂 CN,它具有较好的油溶性 ,通过最佳加剂条件筛选 ,彩南原油添加 1 0 0 ppm的 CN,其凝固点下降 1 3℃ ,低温表观粘度下降 99% ,降凝减粘效果显著 .
A compound pour point depressant/viscosity reducer for crude oi1, CN, is prepared from an ethylene/vinylacetate copolymer EVA, a n-alkane and nonionic surfactant. CN has a good solubility in oi1. The optimal technological parameters of treating Cainan crude oi1 are established, adding 100ppm of CN leads to depression of its pour point by 13℃ and its apparent viscosity by 99%.
