利用NMR法考查胰岛素分泌促进剂那格列奈的分子结构特征,采用DEPT,1H-1HCOSY和13C-1HHETCOR等实验技术归属了那格列奈的氢谱和碳谱.

The NMR spectra were used for elucidating the structure of nateglinide, NDphenylalanine, which is used as an oral hypoglycemic drug. By means of DEPT, 1H1H COSY and 13C1H HETCOR techniques, the proton and 13C spectra of nateglinide were assigned completely. 
