摘要
随着我国房地产市场的不断发展和完善,住宅商品化已得到普遍的实现。但在商品房销售中的各种问题也相应的出现,其中因建筑面积的分摊不公而引起的纠纷屡见不鲜。对房产测量地下室分摊的相关问题进行分析。并建议政府完善相关法律法规,尽早制定出统一规范合理的房屋建筑面积计算方法,科学地进行建筑面积的分摊,促进国家房地产市场的良性发展。
With the development and perfection of the real estate market in China,residential commercialization has been widely realized.But meanwhile various problems appear,among which the disputes caused by the apportionment of the building area are commonly seen.This article analyzes the relevant problems of real estate apportionment in basement and suggests that the government perfect the relevant laws and regulations and formulate a uniform standard and reasonable method of calculating building areas.This will help allocate building areas scientifically and promote the sound development of national real estate market.
