我国近些年加快了不动产登记与交易系统的监管力度,而不动产信息的登记与信息整理技术应用还需进一步完善与提升。对不动产登记的相关整合技术进行研究探讨具有现实指导意义。

In recent years,China has accelerated the regulation of the real estate registration and trading system.However,the application and registration of real estate information should be further improved in many aspects.And this research might offer some suggestions to our future real estate registration work.
