摘要
通过利用地理国情普查成果中的高分辨率遥感影像、精细化数字高程模型、解译样本、地表覆盖、国情要素等分项成果辅助基本农田的划定工作。与基本农田初步任务比对分析,筛选和发现被建设占用、污染、坡度等级高等不适宜划为基本农田的图斑,有效地减少了基本农田划定在内业整理、外业核查中的工作量,为确保基本农田的数量与质量提供辅助支撑。
The high resolution remote sensing image, the refined digital elevation model, the interpretation sample, the surface cover, and the national condition factors are used to assist the demarcation of the prime farmland. Compared with the preliminary function of the prime farmland, the spots occupied by the construction, uncultivated, polluted, and with high gradient grades will be found after screening not suitable for basic farmland. The workload of prime farmland delineation in internal industry consolidation and field inspection is effectively reduced. And it is supportive to ensure the quantity and quality of the prime farmland.
