Study on Problems of Rural Land Contractual Management Right to Promote Land Circulation

近年来,我国农村土地流转过程中,常因权利主体未明确而产生纠纷,基于2014-2016年S市土地流转面积变化、土地流转对象和土地流转方式等数据的统计学分析结果,来阐明土地确权促进土地流转的重要作用,并对农村土地确权工作中存在的问题提出建设性建议。

In recent years, disputes caused by unclear right subject in rural land circulation are commonly seen in China. Based on the statistical analysis results of land circulation area changes, land circulation targets, and land circulation methods in S city from 2014 to 2016, the important role of adjudication of land-right in promoting land circulation is demonstrated. And constructive suggestions for the adjudication work of rural land-right are proposed.
