Study on the Output Technology of the Result Table in the Investigation of Rural Immovable Property Rights

农村不动产权籍调查在不动产数据的获取、更新、完善等方面起着不可或缺的作用。本文从农村不动产权籍调查建库开始,介绍了建库流程、成果库数据结构、模板表的设计与制作、数据表与模板表的关系对应、成果表输出工具的设计与实现一整套的成果表输出技术方案。项目实践证明该技术方案切实可行,具有很强的实用性和参考性。

The investigation of rural immovable property rights plays an indispensable role in the acquisition, renewal and improvement of the real estate data. Starting from the investigation and database construction of rural immovable property rights, this paper introduces the process of building database, the data structure of achievement database, the design and production of template tables, the corresponding relation between data tables and template tables, the design and implementation of output tool of result tables, and finally the realization of a complete set of technical scheme. The practical projects prove the strong practicability and feasibility of the technology and also its reference value.
