浅谈“多规合一”标准化的必要性与发展探讨

近年来,随着市场经济深入发展,我国经济社会发展已经进入了新常态。"新常态"倒逼城镇发展方式转变,规划空间冲突严重,项目落地难等问题,都迫切需要通过"多规合一"来彻底解决现有的各类规划自成体系、规划繁杂且不协调、不衔接、不统一等问题。本文针对当前"多规合一"工作存在的基础数据不统一、标准不统一等问题,探讨"多规合一"标准化的必要性与其发展的重要性。

With the in-depth development of the market economy, China’s economic and social development has entered into a new normal, which forces the urban development mode to change. Considering the serious spatial conflicts in planning and difficulties in landing projects, it is urgent to completely solve the existing problems of various types of planning such as selfcontained systems, complicated planning and inconsistencies. This paper aims at the current problems of inconsistent basic data and standards in the work of 'multiple plans integration', and explores the necessity of the standardization and the importance of its development.
