金普新区职住平衡分析探索

Analysis on the Balance of Office and Work in Jinpu New District

随着城市的发展和扩展,职住分离现象已日益突显。客观掌握城区内职住空间关系和平衡状况能够为城市规划和建设提供重要参考。本文以正在快速发展的国家级新区-大连金普新区为例,分别采用基于土地功能分区和多源异构数据两种分析方法评价居民职住空间的分布特征。

With the development and expansion of cities,separation of office and work has become increasingly prominent.Objectively studying the spatial relationship and balance between office and residence in urban areas can provide important reference for urban planning and construction.This paper takes the rapid development of a new state-level district-Dalian Jinpu New District as an example,and uses two methods based on land function zoning and multi-source heterogeneous data to evaluate the distribution characteristics of the office and residential space.
