2-糠醛含量对判断成品变压器油油品是否合格,有着重要的影响。介绍了HPLC测定变压器油中2-糠醛含量的标准曲线的绘制,针对实际试验过程中影响2-糠醛含量的准确度的因素问题,考察了不同浓度的标准溶液检测结果对回收率的影响,同时对可能影响检测结果的样品放置时间、振荡时间等因素进行了探讨,提出了控制放置时间、振荡时间的建议,以供化验分析人员参考。
