氧化铝填充量对盆式绝缘子用环氧复合材料电气性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 Al_2O_3是特高压盆式绝缘子用环氧复合绝缘材料的关键无机填料,Al_2O_3的填充会对环氧复合绝缘材料电气性能产生显著影响。本文制备了盆式绝缘子用氧化铝/环氧复合绝缘材料,对环氧复合绝缘材料进行了电击穿试验,研究了电击穿强度随Al_2O_3填充量的变化特性,并进一步研究了添加偶联剂对固化样品的电击穿特性的影响。研究结果表明,随着Al_2O_3填充量的增加,环氧树脂复合材料的电击穿强度逐渐降低;通过添加偶联剂,能够有效的提升环氧复合绝缘材料的电击穿强度。 Alumina is a key inorganic filler for epoxy composite insulation materials for UHV pot insulators.The filling of alumina will have a significant effect on the electrical properties of epoxy composite insulation materials.In this paper,alumina/epoxy composite insulating materials for pot insulators were prepared,and electrical breakdown tests were conducted on epoxy composite insulating materials.The characteristics of the electric breakdown strength with the alumina filling amount were studied,and further studies were made on the addition of couples.The effect of the co-agent on the electrical breakdown characteristics of the cured sample.The results show that the electrical breakdown strength of epoxy resin composites decreases gradually with the increase of the alumina filling amount;by adding coupling agents,the electrical breakdown strength of epoxy composite insulation materials can be effectively improved.
