摘要
水性涂料因VOC含量低,绿色环保等是目前涂料的重点研究方向之一,利用氧化石墨烯的亲水性、防腐蚀性能等将其对水性环氧树脂乳液进行改性,制备得到了氧化石墨烯改性水性环氧防腐涂料。采用XPS、Raman光谱等表征了氧化石墨烯的结构,并探讨了氧化石墨烯及水性固化剂的加入量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,氧化石墨烯的加入量为8%,环氧固化剂的加入量为50%时,在该条件下配制的氧化石墨烯改性水性环氧防腐涂料很好地满足了既定的技术指标。
Waterborne coatings are one of the key research directions of coatings due to low VOC content and environmental protection. Graphite oxide modified epoxy anticorrosive coating was prepared by graphite oxide with hydrophilicity and corrosion resistance. The structure of graphene oxide was characterized by XPS and Raman spectrum, and the influence of the amount of graphene oxide and water based curing agent on the properties of the coating was discussed. The results showed that when the amount of graphene oxide and epoxy curing additives were8% and 50% respectively, the modified waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating prepared could satisfied the estab-lished technical indexes very well.
