摘要
为了降低油品中的乙硫醇的含量,本文合成了双核六氨基酞菁铝,利用元素分析、红外光谱以及紫外-可见光谱方法表征了它们的结构,然后讨论了双核六氨基酞菁铝对乙硫醇转化率的影响。结果表明:在双核六氨基酞菁铝存在下,乙硫醇的转化率达到了97.5%,具有良好的催化效果,而且持续了600min。将双核六氨基酞菁铝与双核六硝基的对乙硫醇的转化率进行了比较,发现氨基能够使酞菁环活化,有利于转化率的提高。
In order to reduce the content of ethanethiol in oil products, aluminum binuclear hexaaminophthalocyanine was synthesized. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. The effect of B aluminum binuclear hexaaminophthalocyanine on the conversion of ethanethiol was discussed. The results showed that the conversion of ethanethiol reached 97.5% in the presence of Aluminum binuclear hexaaminophthalocyanine, which had a good catalytic effect and lasted for 600 minutes. By comparing the conversion of removal rate with that of aluminum binuclear hexanitrolphthalocyanine, it is found that amines can activate the phthalocyanine ring and improve the conversion.
