薯蓣皂苷元对阿尔兹海默症的作用及机制研究进展

目的:综述近5年来薯蓣皂苷元对阿尔兹海默症作用及机制的研究进展。方法:通过中国知网,PubMed等数据库检索近5年来国内外相关文献,总结近年来薯蓣皂苷元在阿尔兹海默症领域实验研究的最新进展。结果:薯蓣皂苷元可通过激活1,25D3-MARRS通路,改善氧化应激作用,减少Aβ沉积等针对阿尔兹海默症的病理学改变产生积极的治疗作用,但具体的作用机制仍未明确。结论:在未来的研究中,应进一步通过实验明确薯蓣皂苷元及其衍生物抗阿尔兹海默症的作用机制,为中药治疗阿尔兹海默症以及薯蓣皂苷元的深入开发提供新的思路与实验依据。

Objective:To summarize the research progress of effects and mechanismsof diosgenin on Alzheimer’s Disease(AD).Methods:By querying the nearly five years of the domestic and foreign literature from CNKI and PubMed, summarizing the advances in studies on effects and mechanismsof diosgenin on AD.Results:Diosgenin can play a positive role in the pathogenesis of AD by activating 1,25 D3-MARRS pathway, improving oxidative stress and reducing Aβ deposition. However, the specific mechanism is not clear yet.Conclusion:In future studies, it’s important to further clarify the mechanism of diosgenin and its derivatives against AD through experiments, and provide new ideas and experimental basis for curing AD by traditional Chinese medicine and further development of diosgenin.
