摘要
以煤泥为原料,通过煅烧、酸浸、聚合等过程制备聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)。将制备的PAFC处理西安护城河水,探讨其应用过程中的影响因素。试验结果表明,当PAFC投加量为150mg·L-1时,浊度去除率和COD去除率可分别达到94.69%和72.58%,PAFC形成的矾花密实且大、沉降速度快。PAFC使用的最佳p H值为7.0~9.0,搅拌速度不宜大于200r·min-1。
Polymerized aluminum ferrum chloride(PAFC)was prepared by calcining,acid leaching and polymerization using coal slime as raw material.The prepared PAFC was used to treat Xi’an moat water,and the influencing factors in its application process were discussed.The results showed that when the dosage of PAFC was150 mg·L-1,the turbidity removal rate and COD removal rate was 94.69%and 72.58%,respectively.The flower formed by PAFC is dense and large,and the sedimentation rate is fast.The alumen ustum formed by PAFC was dense and large,and the sedimentation rate was fast.The optimum pH for PAFC was 7.0 to 9.0,and the stirring speed should not be greater than 200 r·min-1.
