摘要
采用水热法合成具有六方纤锌矿结构的微/纳米ZnO材料。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜对产物的结构和形貌进行表征和分析。产物的形态受到Zn(Ac)2·2H2O的浓度、乙醇的用量等因素的影响。随着两者的浓度增大,样品由纤细棒状结构变为团块状形态,并出现了团聚现象。通过调节反应物的配比可以实现微纳米氧化锌的形态调控。
By hydrothermal methodmicro/nano ZnO with hexagonal wurtzite structure is synthesized.The structures and properties of the products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that the morphology of the micro/nano ZnO is influenced by the factorssuch as the concentration of the Zn(Ac)2·2H2O and the amount of ethanol.As the concentration ratio of the two factors increases,the morphology ofproducts changes from the thin and long rod-like structure to the aggregateform,and the phenomenon of reunion appears.The research results showed that the morphology of micro/nano ZnO canbe controlled by adjusting the ratio of reactants.
