摘要
针对含低浓度杂质物系的分离进行了连续精馏动态累积操作(DACD)的研究,提出了DACD的操作方案。建立了数学模型,通过MATLAB编程对过程进行了模拟求解,研究了不同操作参数对操作影响,并用乙醇-正丙醇物系进行了实验验证。模拟和实验结果表明,DACD能够解决连续精馏处理含低浓度杂质溶液时塔顶或塔底产品流量太小控制不方便的问题,也降低了间歇精馏对塔釜大小的要求。
For the separation of solution with low concentration of impurities,a study on dynamic accumulation operation mode of continuous distillation( DACD) was composed,the operation scheme and the mathematical model was put forward and established. The process was simulated by MATLAB,the influence of different parameters on the operation was discussed. And an experimental verification using mixture of ethanol and 1-propanol was conducted. The results of simulation and experiment indicated that DACD could solve the shortage of flowrate control difficulty in continuous distillation,and the demand of still size could be also reduced than that in batch distillation.
