摘要
以呋喃甲醛和邻硝基苯胺为原料,合成了一种新型席夫碱-呋喃甲醛缩邻硝基苯胺(FON),并利用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱分析其结构。研究了FON与汞离子的荧光反应新体系的最佳条件。在pH=5的磷酸二氢钾和磷酸氢二钠的缓冲溶液中,FON与汞离子形成物质的量的比为1∶1的稳定络合物。据此建立了利用FON测定汞离子的新型荧光分析法。该方法的线性范围为(0.1~0.6)×10^(-6)mol/L,检出限为6.77×10^(-8)mol/L。
With furfural and o-nitroaniline as raw matterial,a new schiff base furfural o-nitroaniline(FON)was synthesized,and its structure was determined by infrared and UV-Vis spectrometry.The coordination reaction of FON with Hg^(2+)was studied and the optimum reaction conditions were investigated.Based on the stable Hg^(2+)-FON complex,a spector-fluorimetric method was developed for the determination of Hg^(2+) in a buffer solution(KH_2PO_4-Na_2HPO_4)of pH 5.The molar ratio of mercury to the reagent was found to be 1∶1.The linear range of the method was(0.1~0.6)×10-6 mol/L,and the detection limit was 6.77×10^(-8)mol/L.
