摘要
生物质废料热解可得木醋液,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析和抑菌性试验,研究了木醋液蒸馏馏分的生物活性组分特征和对细菌的抑菌效果,结果表明,85~99℃的馏分由于同时含有生物活性组分有机酸和酚类,表现出较好的抑菌效果,将木醋液通过蒸馏法精制,收集85~99℃的馏分可制得植物基抑菌除臭剂,抑菌除臭率可达90%以上。通过对小白鼠腹腔注射的急性毒性作用试验,得出植物基抑菌除臭剂的半致死量(LD_(50))为10 000mg/kg,明显优于市售化学品84消毒液(LD50为5 000~8 500mg/kg),属于行业内安全无毒产品。
Waste biomass can form wood vinegar by pyrolysis.The biologically active characteristics of the distillation fraction of wood vinegar were sludied by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis and bacteriostatic test.The results indicated that due to the biologically active components of organic acid and phenol the distillation fraction of wood vinegar in the temperature of 85~99 ℃ showed good antibacterial effects.The distillation method was used to refine wood vinegar and the distillation fraction in the temperature of 85~99 ℃ was collected to prepare botanical based antibacterial deodorant.The deodorization rate and antibacterial rate reached 90%.According to the results of acute toxicity test,the median lethal dose(LD_(50))of the botanical based antibacterial deodorant is 10 000 mg/kg,which is superior to the commercial 84disinfectant(LD_(50)=5 000~8 500mg/kg)and belongs to safe and nontoxic product in intra-industry.
