环己基脲合成研究

摘要 以尿素和环己胺为原料,水为溶剂,盐酸为催化剂合成环己基脲。研究了主要反应条件对合成收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件为:环己胺、尿素和盐酸的物质的量比为1∶1.2∶0.5,溶剂水10mL,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为20h,环己基脲收率为82.1%。该合成方法原料易得,价格低廉,反应条件温和,无污染,产物结构经红外和核磁共振氢谱得到确认。 Cyclohexylurea was synthesized by using urea and cyclohexylamine as raw material,water as solvent and hydrochloric acid as catalyst.The effects of the main reaction conditions on yield were investigated,and the optimal conditions were as follows:the ratio of cyclohexylamine,urea and hydrochloric acid was 1∶1.2∶0.5,water was 10 mL,reaction temperature was 90 ℃,and reaction time was 20 h.Under these conditions,the yield of product cyclohexylurea could reach 82.1%.The synthetic method had the advantages of easily obtained raw materials,low cost,mild reaction conditions and free of pollution.The structure of product was confirmed by IR and ~1H NMR.
