Ba_4B_(11)O_(20)F蓝紫色荧光粉的高温固相法制备

摘要 以BaCO_3、BaF_2和H_3BO_3为原料,采用易于工业化的高温固相反应法制备出了新型蓝紫色荧光材料Ba_4B_(11)O_(20)F,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对其进行了结构和形貌表征。通过荧光光谱分析手段研究了其激发光谱和发射光谱,结果表明,Ba_4B_(11)O_(20)F荧光粉在294nm激发条件下得到的发射光谱中存在三个发射峰分别位于367、402和470nm处,在紫外灯照射下成明亮的蓝紫色,推测是由于结构缺陷所导致的自激活发光。同时探讨了烧结温度及烧结时间对其荧光强度的影响,并得出Ba_4B_(11)O_(20)F蓝紫色荧光粉的最佳制备工艺是在815℃烧结温度下烧结10h。 Polycrystalline powder samples of bluish violet fluorescent material, Ba_4B_(11)O_(20)F, were synthesized by appropriate for industrialization high temperature solid state reaction of a stoichiometric mixture of BaCO_3,BaF_2 and H_3BO_3powders.The phase and surface topography of the generated samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),IR and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The excitation and emission spectra of the samples were studied by fluorospectrophotometer.The results showed that when the sample was excited at 294 nm,the dominate emission at 367,402 and 470nm corresponded to self-activated luminescence caused by defects in the crystal structure of Ba_4B_(11)O_(20)F.Under ultraviolet light,the sample exhibited a color of bright royal purple.Meantime the influence of sintering temperature and sintering time on fluorescence intensity was investigated.The results showed that the luminescence capacity of Ba_4B_(11)O_(20)F was the strongest when the solid state reaction was carried out at 815℃for 10 h.
