摘要
以广西茉莉花茎多糖为试样,从试样溶液的pH、吸附时间、试样流速、试样浓度和解吸流速等因素考察AB-8和H103两种大孔吸附树脂对广西茉莉花茎多糖脱色工艺的研究。选择以AB-8大孔吸附树脂用试样溶液pH为6.5、吸附时间为4h、合适的试样浓度和解吸流速为1min/mL的工艺条件,得出AB-8大孔吸附树脂脱色效果最佳。
The depigmentation technology of polysaccharides in Guangxi Jasmine stems was studied.The effect of the factors such as sample solution pH,adsorption time,sample flow rate,sample concentration,desorption flow rate and others was investigated.AB-8 and H103 macroporous resins were used for the polysaccharide bleaching process.When the sample solution pH was 6.5,the adsorption time was 4h,the sample flow rate and the sample concentration were appropriate and the desorption flow rate was 1min/mL,the AB-8macroporous bleaching resin worked very well.
