In recent years,fluorescence analysis is attracting more and more attention for its high sensitivity,low-price,and easy operation.Quantum dots have excellent fluorescent properties exhibiting great potential in the field of analytical science.The research progress of the preparation,surface modification and application of quantum dots as fluorescent probes was revicewed.
