摘要
以氮化钠、氯乙酸(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)酯为原料,在溶剂和催化剂的作用下合成了N-三乙酸(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)酯。考察了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂类型和用量以及投料比等对产品收率的影响。结果表明,优化工艺条件为:以四异丙基溴化铵、碘化锌为催化剂,三氯甲烷为溶剂,n(氮化钠)∶n(氯乙酸(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)酯)∶n(四异丙基溴化铵)∶n(碘化锌)∶n(三氯甲烷)=1∶1.15∶0.017∶0.01∶2.5,反应温度50℃,反应时间12h,此条件下N-三乙酸(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)酯收率达94.59%。
N-(1,2,2,6,6-Pentamethyl-4-piperdimyl)-triacetate was synthesized from 1,2,2,6,6,-pentamethyl-4-piperidinol chloroacetate and sodium nitride as solvent and catalyst.The effects of the reaction temperature,the reaction time,the catalyst amount and the molar ratio of sodium nitride to 1,2,2,6,6,-pentamethyl-4-piperidinol chloroacetate were studied.The results showed that under the optimized reaction conditions,manganese dioxide was used as catalysts,ethanol was used as solvent,n(sodium nitride)∶n(1,2,2,6,6,-pentamethyl-4-piperidinol chloroacetate)∶n(tetraisopropyl ammonium bromide)∶n(zinciodide)∶n(trichloromethane)=1∶1.15∶0.017∶0.01∶2.5,reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and reaction time was12 h,the yield of product reached 94.59%.
