摘要 用差示扫描量热法对双酚A型环氧树脂(Epikote 828E)/咪唑改性双氰胺离子液体([BMIM][DCA])体系的交联反应进行了研究,研究了交联剂[BMIM][DCA]用量对Epikote828E交联度的影响,并利用Kissinger,Ozawa和Crane动力学方程计算体系的交联反应动力学参数。结果说明相对于双氰胺,[BMIM][DCA]具有更高的反应活性。反应的起始温度(T_i)、峰顶温度(T_p)和峰终温度(T_f)分别在373、425和453K左右,反应的表观活化能(E_k、E_o)和指前因子分别为64.3、67.9kJ/mol和3.17×10~4 s^(-1)。交联反应是一级反应。上述参数可以为Epikote 828E-[BMIM][DCA]体系的固化、性能和应用提供理论依据,也可为其他离子液体作为环氧固化剂研究的参考。 The cross-linking reaction of bisphenol type A epoxy resin(Epikote 828 E)-imidazole modified dicyandiamide([BMIM][DCA])ionic liquid system was studied by Differential Scanning Calorimeter.The effect of the quantity of the cross-linking agent, [BMIM ][DCA],on cross linking degree was investigated.The kinetic parameters of the cross-linking reaction were calculated by dynamic equations of Kissinger,Ozawa,and Crane.The results showed that the activity of[BMIM][DCA]was higher than that of dicyandiamide. The initial reaction temperature(T+i),peak temperature(T+p),and final temperature(T_f)were about 373、425 and 453 K,respectively.The apparent activation energy(E_k,E_o)and pre-exponential factor were 64.3,67.9 kJ/mol and 3.17×10~4 s^(-1),respectively.The cross linking reaction was first order.The above parameters of the Epikote 828 E-[BMIM](DCA)system may provide the theoretic basis for its curing,performance and application and may also be used for other ionic liquids as reference in research on epoxy curing agent.
