摘要
香豆素是一类重要的内酯化合物,该类化合物不仅是许多天然产物和药物分子的结构单元,而且大多数具有生物活性,在医药、化工、染料等诸多领域都有着重要的研究价值,受到广泛的关注,其合成方法的研究也是有机合成的热点之一。近年来不断有香豆素的新合成方法报道,特别是过渡金属催化合成反应。综述了近15年来廉价过渡金属络合物催化合成香豆素框架的研究进展。重点阐述了铁、钴、镍、铜等催化苯酚、苯酚衍生物、醛或酮、酸或酯、烯烃等为前体的香豆素合成方法。
Coumarins are a unique class of lactones with bioactivities,which are used as buiding blocks in natural products and drug molecules.They have been paid much attention because they are widely applied in pharmaceutics,chemicals,dyes,and so on.Recently,many new synthetic methods of coumarins,especially the synthetic methods based on highly efficient transition metal-catalyzed reactions,have been developed.The recent progress in cheap transition metal-catalyzed reactions developed for the synthesis of the framework of coumarins in the past fifteen years is summarized.This review focuses on cheap metals(such as iron,cobalt,nickel,and copper)catalyzed appoaches using phenols,aldehydes,ketones,acids,esters,and olefins as precursors so as to provide the references for the discovery of new coumarins.
