高剪切外循环反应装置在二硫化钼生产中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 根据钼精矿制备二硫化钼的生产特点和存在问题,设计了一套高剪切外循环反应装置用于酸浸法制备二硫化钼的工艺,利用高剪切均质泵特有的乳化、剪切、摩擦、撞击功能,将固体颗粒细化并表面不断更新,强化反应过程,缩短反应时间,提高产品品质。外循环通过加装列管换热器增加了反应体系的换热面积,增强系统的传热效果,提高生产效率。 According to the production characteristics and existing problems of preparing molybdenum disulfide from molybdenum concentrate,a set of high shear external circulation reactor was designed for the preparation of molybdenum disulfide by acid leaching.The solid particles were refined and the surface was renewed continuously by the emulsification,shearing,friction and impact functions of high shear homogeneous pump,and the reaction process was strengthened.The reaction time is short and the product quality is improved.External circulation through the installation of tube heat exchanger increased the heat transfer area of the system and enhanced the heat transfer effect of the system so as to improve the production efficiency.
