摘要
介绍了国内外异丁烷脱氢制异丁烯技术,和中国石化上海石油化工研究院(SRIPT)开发的基于铂系催化剂的成套技术,包括多段串联绝热固定床反应工艺、低压油吸收分离工艺等关键技术,该技术具有能耗和装置投资低的特点。
This paper briefly introduces mature technologies of isobutane dehydrogenation to isobutylene at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each process.The key technology of isobutane dehydrogenation based on platinum-based catalyst developed by Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute(SRIPT)is highlighted including multi-stage series adiabatic fixed-bed reaction and lowpressure oil absorption separation process.This technology has advantages in catalysts,reactor,reaction process,separation process and so on.
