新型聚合酯类柴油抗磨剂的合成及性能表征 被引量:2

摘要 在无催化剂条件下,二聚酸和丙三醇在一定温度下反应合成二聚酸丙三醇酯,优化了合成条件,对其主要理化指标进行了分析,采用红外光谱仪进行结构表征,四球机评价抗磨效果,并考察了抗磨剂对柴油其它性能指标的影响。结果表明,合成的抗磨剂具有酸值低、凝点低、油溶性好、抗乳化性强、性能稳定等特点,可以有效降低磨斑直径。 The diesel antiwear agent was prepared by using dimer acid and glycerol without catalyst.The chemical structure was characterized by IR spectroscopy followed by evaluating the lubrication performances in diesel fuel.The results show that the esterification rate could reach as high as 99.6%under the conditions of the molar ratio of acid and alcohol was 1∶1.5 at 190℃for 6 h.The synthesized antiwear agent has good lubricity,which can improve antiwear property of diesel,and has a negligible effect on the other properties of diesel fuel.
