摘要
喹啉衍生物在生物、医药及精细化学品中有重要的应用。本文以MCM-41负载ZrCl4(ZrCl4/MCM-41)为价廉、无毒及可循环使用的催化剂,以芳香胺和正丁醛为原料,采用"一锅法"合成了一系列2,3-二取代喹啉衍生物,当反应条件为n(苯胺)∶n(正丁醛)=1∶3、40℃下反应5h时,3-乙基-2-丙基喹啉的收率为71%,同时生成N-丁基苯胺的收率为10%。复合催化剂ZrCl4/MCM-41至少可以重复使用3次。
Quinoline and its derivatives have significant applications in biology,medicine and fine chemicals. In this paper,MCM-41 supported ZrCl4(ZrCl4/ MCM-41) was used as an inexpensive,non-toxic and recyclable catalyst for the 'one-pot'synthesis of quinoline derivatives with various anilines and aldehydes as raw material. When n(aniline)∶ n( aldehyde) was 1 ∶ 3,at 40℃,for 5h,3-ethyl-2-propylquinolin was obtained in 71% yield, accompany with N-butylamine in 10% yield. Moreover,ZrCl4/ MCM-41 catalyst can be reused at least three times with only slight loss of catalytic activity because of leaching of ZrCl4in the recycling procedure.
