摘要
制备了各种乙酰丙酮金属配合物催化剂。通过扫描电镜、热重等测试手段对催化剂形貌和性质进行了表征,并初步探讨了反应机理。以酯交换法催化合成甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯反应为对象,考察了乙酰丙酮金属配合物催化剂的用量、反应时间和反应温度等对产物产率的影响。
Five metal acetylacetone complexes were prepared and characterized by SEM and TGA,and the reaction mechanisms were discussed primarily.The catalytic activities of as-prepared complexes for the synthesis of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA) by ester exchange method were studied.The influence of the amount of catalyst,reaction time,reaction temperature and reuse of catalyst on the yield of product was discussed.
