摘要
采用浸渍法制备了活性炭负载铋无汞催化剂,并通过X射线衍射、氮气物理吸附、透射电镜、扫描电镜和X射线电子能谱等方法对催化剂进行了表征。对催化剂进行了催化乙炔氢氯化反应性能的研究,结果表明,催化剂对乙炔氢氯化反应具有良好的催化性能,活性组分主要以BiOCl的形式存在于催化剂表面。反应过程中积碳的产生使得催化剂活性有所降低。
Activated carbon-supported bismuth non-mercuric catalyst was prepared through impregnation method and characterized by XRD,BET surface area,TEM,SEM,and energy-dispersive spectrometry,respectively. The catalyst was employed in acetylene hydrochlorination for producing vinyl chloride and exhibited a good catalytic performance in the hydrochlorination reaction. The existence state of active species is BiOCl,which has a fine crystalline structure and is well dispersed on the surface of support. Some depositions are produced during the reaction,leading to the decrease of catalytic captivity.
