几种抗菌素的~1H 和^(13)C NMR 谱的研究

~1H AND ^(13)C NMR STUDY OF SEVERAL ANTIBIOTICS

测定和解析了氧哌嗪青霉素酸等六种抗菌素的1H NMR 谱和13C NMR 谱的宽带去偶谱、偏共振谱和全偶合谱以及偶合常数3JHH和1JCH.除氧哌嗪青霉素酸和羟哌唑头孢菌素酸的1H NMR 已有报道外,其余尚未见报道.实验用 FX-60Q 脉冲 Fourier 变换核磁共振仪测定(磁场强度14093G,观察频率:1H NMR谱59.80MHz;13C NMR 谱15.04MHz).样品皆由太原制药厂研究所合成。

The ~1H and ^(13)C NMR spectra of 6-[D(-)-α-(4-ethyl-2,3-dioxo-1-piperazinylcarboxamido)-phenylacetamido]penicillanic acid(1)and its sodium salt(2),7-[D(-)-α-(4-ethyl-2,3-dioxo-1-piperazine carboxamido)-p-hydroxyphenyl acetamido]-3-[(1-methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-thiomethyl]cephalosporanic acid(3)and its sodiumsalt(4),7-{D(-)-α-[3-(2-furoyl)ureido]phenylacetamido}-3-[(1-methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-thiomethyl]cephalosporanic acid(5)and 7-{D(-)-α-[3-(2-furoyl)ureido]phenylacetamido}cephalosporanic acid(6)were reported.The vicinal H—Hcoupling constants ~3J_(HH)and single bond C—H coupling constants ~1J_(CH)for six antibioticshave been determined.Except for the ~1H NMR spectra of antibiotics 1 and 2,the rest hasnot been reported previously.
